Gadget Republic appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We love to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on motionview.com.bd are brand new. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have a Refund as well.
Any damaged items cannot be exchanged or returned. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, items sold under any Sale/Discount offer can be exchanged or returned only if you received defective or damaged products.
For Return or Exchange, please follow these steps:
- Please share the problems that you are facing or faced including your Order ID / Invoice and email us at info@thegadgetrepublic.com or contact us at the Hotline Number 01828-536536 within 24 hours.
- We will confirm the exchange/return request and will inform you about the pickup/further process.
- Please ensure that the Product is in unused and original condition. Include all the price tags, labels, original packing, invoices, and the Products.
Please note that, in case of any exchange or return issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You must notify us via mail or phone call, and you must send us the product/s within 7 days.
We will bear the return delivery charge on :
- Size or Color issue.
- If you have received a defective Product.
- If you have received a physically damaged product.

You can exchange the Products if:

Return can be occurred in two stages:
- At the time of delivery (if we agreed before placing the order).
- After receiving a delivery and if the delivered product is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’.
All items which can be resold are always eligible for exchange.
Except the following:
- Products that were sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
- Products are used.
- Products must be in their original condition.
- Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags. • Item must be in the original packaging, in original condition.

REFUND POLICY
Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when:
- We are unable to deliver the ordered product/s.
- System error/wrong item price product order will be refunded.
- If we are unable to provide a replacement.
- If a different Product is delivered to you.
**Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-15 days after we receive the return package.** (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
**If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket, Nagad), your money will be refunded within the same account within 5-7 working days.**
For a Refund, please follow these steps

- We will confirm the Refund request and inform you about the further process. • If the esteemed customer has received any kind of cashback, Free delivery at the time of payment, then the amount equal to the cashback will be deducted while making the refund.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
N.B: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
